Dear Models,

I would like to draw your attention to the importance of proper preparation for a photoshoot. Good preparation can make all the difference, not only for the smooth running of the shoot but also for the quality of the final images. Some points may seem obvious, but it’s always good to be reminded ;)

The purpose of these few lines is to help you be at your best on the big day.

With a bit of experience, I know that certain details can enhance the image quality and result in more natural retouching. Together, we will reveal your true nature.

BEFORE THE SHOOT

Ask your questions:

Don’t hesitate to ask any questions or express any doubts you may have about the shoot. I’m here to answer and reassure you.

Take care of yourself:

  • Rest: Make sure to get plenty of rest so that you look refreshed. A good night’s sleep is the best remedy for dark circles.
  • Skin care: Stay well-hydrated the night before, drink plenty of water, and apply a cream suited to your skin type. For beautiful lips, use lip balm regularly.
  • Nails: Take care of your nails, hands, and feet. For a natural effect, opt for clear or neutral nail polish that matches your outfits. If you have false nails, ensure your hands are soft.

Prepare your outfits & Accessories:

  • Clothing: Choose outfits that flatter you (maximum of 3), with nude-colored, matching underwear.
  • Accessories: Don’t forget to bring scarves, belts, jewelry, and an extra pair of shoes.

Essential kit: Concealer, liquid foundation, loose powder, your favorite blush, mascara. Everything you need for a quick touch-up if needed.

If you have any small insecurities or preferences, please share them. For example, if you’re not too fond of your nose or something else, I will take that into account during the shoot.

Have fun! Be bold! Suggest poses, express yourself freely. It’s your moment, so enjoy it.

AFTER THE SHOOT

Specify again the type of retouching you want, or if you wish to keep beauty marks or scars, so that the final edit is as close as possible to your expectations.
